ABOUT
Syzygy was founded in June of 1987 by owner, Walt Harris. Executive Chef Martin Oswald joined the operation in 1995, and the team is complemented by Chef de Cuisine Adrian Carpenter and Sommelier Gerald Theron.
Walt added two sister restaurants which bring variety and diversity to the team's efforts. The Riverside Grill, a casual dining restaurant overlooking the Fryingpan River, opened in the Summer of 2005. La Comida, a charming Mexican eatery in downtown Aspen opened in the Winter of 2005. Walt and Martin are excited to have the opportunity to earn the same loyalty and respect they've received from their Syzygy guests at their two new establishments.
All three restaurants are well suited to add a special touch to special events and private parties. Martin and his crew have extensive experience in off-site and on premise catering. A unique feature of our catering services is that you can choose from the menus at any of the three restaurants and we will bring that menu to the location of your choice.
